Organization and management of archaeological excavations, their knowledge and dissemination through meetings, conferences, exhibitions, cultural exchanges and other specific and experimental activities, in close relationship with the community and with the world of school, university, culture and associations.

Our activities

Restoration and enhancement of the archaeological finds found during our research with the use of professional and voluntary staff, for the purposes of restoration and conservation.

Promotion, development and dissemination among the public of archaeological disciplines through exhibitions, festivals, reviews, conferences, meetings, seminars, cooperation projects, editorial and multimedia projects

Production and distribution of research, historical, artistic and archaeological works.

Promotion and implementation of initiatives aimed at the protection of the artistic and historical, cultural and environmental heritage, the enhancement of monuments, museums, antiquariums and art exhibitions.

Education in Ancient History and in the History of Ancient Art in particular, also through educational programs and training courses for the public.

Promotion of collaboration with universities, including foreign ones.

Acquisition of artistic and archaeological collections for dissemination and exhibition purposes.

Search for financial partners and sponsors as a non-unique means to finance the scientific and popularization purposes mentioned above.

Promotion, including commercial, of archaeological and artistic tourism.

A merchandising activity, which is not the only means to finance the scientific and popularization purposes mentioned above.

Enhancement of voluntary work connected to cultural activities.

Organization of archaeological work camps, with didactic purposes for university students.

Promotion of the work of young professionals and the enhancement of new graduates through their support with experienced professionals during research.

Our experienecs

During these years, in addition to the excavation activity, the Trust has always intervened punctually with the restoration of the artifacts found and with the financing of the related studies. Today many of our restored pieces are exhibited in important Italian museums (National Archaeological Museum of Orvieto, Antiquarium Mario Bizzarri in Orvieto, Casalone exhibition and teaching room at the Populonia-Baratti Archaeological Park, Rocca Albornoz National Archaeological Museum in Viterbo). Many items already restored are (unfortunately) still awaiting exhibition

  • 2011-2013: Tarquinia, Etruscan Necropolis of Doganaccia, archaeological excavation in the area of ​​the great Princely Mounds. In collaboration with the Municipality of Tarquinia and the University of Turin.
  • 2014: Populonia, Gulf of Baratti, Fontino area and Fossa delle Armi. Archaeological excavation in collaboration with the Superintendence of Archeology of Tuscany
  • 2014: Florence, National Archaeological Museum, exhibition “I Falisci”, the people of the hills, in collaboration with the Archaeological Superintendence of Tuscany
  • 2015-2019: Orvieto, Etruscan Necropolis of Crocefisso di Tufo. In collaboration with the Municipality of Orvieto and the University of Arizona.
  • 2015-2020: Norchia (VT), Etruscan Necropolis of Sferracavallo and Acqualta. Excavation in collaboration with the Archeology Superintendence for Southern Etruria and the Archeotuscia association.
  • 2017-2021: Populonia, Porcareccia area. Archaeological excavation under concession and in collaboration with SABAP Pisa / Livorno.
  • 2020-2021: Venturina Terme, area of ​​the Mausoleum of Caldana and Pulledraia. Archaeological excavation in collaboration with SABAP Pisa / Livorno and the Municipality of Campiglia Marittima.
  • 2020-2021: Populonia, Gulf of Baratti. Emergency recovery activities on behalf of SABAP Pisa / Livorno.
